Project Pulse
A status dashboard for project teams, and a no-login portal for their clients.
Consulting teams spend hours every week turning project status into something a client can read — reformatting notes, chasing updates, rebuilding the same deck. Clients still end up out of the loop between reports. The reporting itself had become the friction.
What it is
Two connected surfaces. Project managers work in a dashboard where the weekly “pulse” update takes minutes instead of an afternoon. Clients open a portal with a link — no login, no account — and see current status, the roadmap, and the history of every update over time. The promise on the client's side is the whole point: transparency, delivered.

How I made it
I scoped, designed, and built the whole thing in about three weeks, with Claude Code as my build partner. I designed in the browser instead of Figma — describe a screen, see it running, adjust — which is how it went from idea to a production app with no handoff in between.
