Josh Rothman

I'm a product and design leader with 25 years shipping digital products and 20 years building the teams that make them. I founded a consultancy and ran it through acquisition, stood up UX practices from scratch, and led more than 100 projects for startups through billion-dollar companies.

Mentoring is something I take pride in and enjoy — the people who have worked for me would tell you that. I sit with the client until the problem is clear, then I design workflows, not screens. I use AI in the practice, and I built and shipped a live product, Project Pulse, in three weeks with Claude Code.
